 Allow me to share an inspiring anecdote. Natalie (@natvan) recently tweeted about her daughter trying on a pair of pants that were too small. Rather than criticizing herself, Natalie's daughter said, "I think my thighs and butt are too powerful for these pants." What a remarkable mindset! Instead of dwelling on perceived flaws, she embraced a positive outlook and expressed respect and admiration for her body. What thoughts might you shift to get better results in your exercise program?

Choosing a New Mindset

If we shift our mindset about exercise, we can transform our entire experience. Let us choose to exercise because it makes our bodies feel good, energized, and helps us gain mental clarity. Focusing solely on external changes fosters resentment towards exercise, causing us to miss out on the holistic benefits it offers.
