We’ll use this time to talk about your big goals, see if we’re a good fit, and discuss next steps.

Step Two:

Choose Your Level of Support

You’ll decide which coaching option is right for you, and I’ll send you an invoice so we can get started.

Step Three:

Schedule Our Coaching Calls

Once your invoice is paid, you’ll add our calls to your calendar and start making progress towards your goals!

Every meeting has left me feeling none of the overwhelm or stress I started with.

Hi, I’m Cindy.

I’m a kind, quirky lady who loves empowering people to get what they want in business and life!

When I first started my coaching and instructional design business I felt a lot of uncertainty. I was afraid the minute I stepped out of my comfort zone, everything was going to crumble, so I refused to take risks, talked negatively to myself, and failed to hit my goals.

But, deep down, I knew I wanted something more.

I started reading books that helped me improve my mindset. Soon, instead of feeling like I was taking risks, it felt like I was simply making progress as I moved one step ahead.

My inner dialogue grew more positive with thoughts like, “I got this”, “I am capable”, “I can make this easy”.

As I kept this up, I started looking at my goals, my progress, and achievements along the way and I made a huge connection.

The kinder I am to myself, the bolder I am with my goals, the higher likelihood I have of meeting them.

I did an analysis with my coaching clients, and I saw the same thing happening for them!

The more they changed their inner dialogue from negative to positive, the more they were able to achieve their goals. My theory was right!
