Embrace Growth in 2025: How to Set Your ‘Ins & Outs’ for a More Intentional Year
Have you seen the “Ins & Outs” trend of 2025? It’s one of my favorite ways I’ve seen people approach goal setting for the new year.

Have a self-care day twice a month

Thank my body each day for keeping me alive
Outs
Speaking negatively to myself
Changing my looks based on the opinions of others
Drinking soda every day
Your “Ins & Outs” don’t have to have sharp deadlines. They can be similar to themes like we discussed in my newsletter last week.
Have fun with it, but also don’t be afraid to set some real goals and criteria! Take some time to really think about what your “Ins & Outs” of 2025 will be.
